- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In serving bowls or plates, layer cooked gnocchi.
- Spoon the red wine-braised beef over the gnocchi.
- Sprinkle cheese curds generously over the dish.
- Tear burrata into pieces and place on top.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
