Indulge in the exquisite taste of the Frozen French Martini, inspired by the renowned beverage crafted with Grey Goose Vodka, Chambord liqueur, pineapple, orange, and grape juices, elegantly topped with lemon-lime foam. Ingredients:

• 2 oz Grey Goose Vodka
• 1 oz Chambord liqueur
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz grape juice
• Ice cubes
• Lemon-lime foam (see recipe below)
• Fresh berries or citrus slices for garnish (optional)

Lemon-Lime Foam:

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/2 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, dissolved)
• 2 egg whites
• Ice

Instructions:

For the Lemon-Lime Foam:

1. In a blender, combine fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and ice.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the citrus mixture into the beaten egg whites until well combined.
5. Transfer the foam to a whipped cream dispenser and charge it with one N2O (whipped cream) charger. Shake well before using.

For the Frozen French Martini:

1. In a blender, combine Grey Goose Vodka, Chambord liqueur, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grape juice.
2. Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the blender.
3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and has a slushy consistency.
4. Pour the frozen martini into chilled martini glasses.
5. Top each glass with a layer of lemon-lime foam.
6. Optionally, garnish with fresh berries or citrus slices.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your Frozen French Martini!
